Kotala wins the next junior title at the SWT Polish Open

Andreas Kotala (FIR 25) confidently wins the U18 category at the Super World Tour Polish Open in Warsaw last weekend - without playing tennis. The talented Swiss youngster thus wins another international title.

In the elite category, Kotala was defeated in the round of 16 by Anant Gupta (FIR 63) from Great Britain. In the elite doubles, he reached the semi-finals together with Jan Port (FIR 43) from the Czech Republic. There they were beaten by the German duo Böhm/Kanonenberg.

Giovanni Gentile (FIR 91) was also in action for Switzerland. He finished second in the senior doubles 40+ with the German Volker Sach (FIR 138).

In the singles, Gentile finished in 6th place in both the 40+ and 45+ categories.
